I knew I was right! Negativity is in FACT a Good Thing

Why am I a negative person? Why am I such a pessimist. I’m always asked that question and I always respond with: Being negative is the key to success. For example, if am entered in to win a contest of some sort I don’t worry myself by thinking, “I hope I win.”  Instead, I constantly think, “I’m probably going to lose.” Why do I do that? I do it because when the disappointment occurs, I’m not phased by it. I say to myself, “I knew that was going to happen.” And I move on with life. The research below hits it right on the dot!
