This reminds me of a story that I covered about a month ago on my show of a little girl who was issued a ticket for selling lemonade at a park in New York City without a food vendors license. In my opinion, permits/licenses are just a way of extorting money from the public. In my home town, you need a permit for just about anything. If you want to remodel your floors, make sure you have a permit. If you want to change a door to your house, make sure you have a permit. You can’t water the grass at a certain time of the day during the summer, but then again the local park district is wasting thousands of gallons of water on a baseball field. They can, but we can’t. Now about the story below… The weird thing about that one is the fact the person isn’t even charging any money for that “service.”
A southwest Michigan woman has been told that she’s breaking the law because she watches her neighbors’ children each morning before they get on the school bus.
Lisa Snyder of Middleville says it’s “ridiculous” that she faces fines and possible jail for being a good neighbor and watching two children for less than hour without getting paid.
State Department of Human Services officials told her last week that she was operating an illegal day care.

EEEEWWWWW what is wrong with people, thinking it’s okay to SPY on other people. That’s what happened to me and my family, some weird woman would spy on us every time we went outside to play…write in our front yard…..what could happen besides a cut or scratch when God’s protecting us and we had an older brother and sister that would always be with us, it’s disgusting, get your stupid prying eyes off of other peoples business.
